This geocache is located east of Canmore on Heart Mountain.
This cache is located in a gold 8" film canister. You are asked to write your own "Mission Statement" (your compass/goals that guide you in your life) in the notebook. It is located just off of the second peak. (It is not the Log book in the black, plastic canister attached to the rock cairn at the summit.)
