We would like to show you Kandikó, the highest point of the Göcsej area (303 meter). The box is hidden into the stem of a two-branched tree on the opposite side of the road, by the verge of an acacia grove.
Unfortunately the tower, which serves for surveying purposes is closed, so you can enjoy the view only from its bottom. But the real adventure is not the place itself, but the road that leads there and the environs. It’s worth spending more time there and visiting the surrounding villages.
