ajsa: Com a informação do geocacher anterior fiz uma pesquisa e confirma-se que o jardim ficará encerrado até 15 de Março de 2010.

Como é muito tempo para ter uma cache desabilitada e não estou na disposição de ter de dar explicações regulares sobre o decorrer das obras dou por encerrada a missão desta cache.

Paraíso Selvagem de Beja		Beja Wild Paradise

Em Beja possuímos um espaço que, pela sua beleza, tranquilidade e frescura é eleito por todos nós como o local de refúgio aos quentes dias do longo verão alentejano e eleito como o local de descanso semanal e conversas diárias de banco de jardim. O Jardim Público da Cidade de Beja (Jardim Gago Coutinho Sacadura Cabral) foi aberto ao público nos finais do século XIX, em 1871. Setenta anos após a sua abertura, um ciclone avassalou a cidade de Beja destruindo completamente o Jardim Público. Nessa altura procedeu-se a profundas reestruturações do jardim, das quais algumas ainda chegaram até à presente data. O nosso jardim é também um espaço de brincadeira e sonho de criança: Possui um moderno, seguro e bem equipado parque infantil com um Montinho Alentejano recentemente recuperado onde as crianças podem observar e experimentar o interior dum tradicional Monte Alentejano e claro a possibilidade de fazer uma pequena viagem ao longo do Jardim a bordo dum churrião em miniatura puxado por um “cavalo em miniatura”, correctamente designado por pónei. Os visitantes deste espaço podem passear por entre as frondosas 32 espécie de árvores diferentes enquanto conversam ou simplesmente sentarem-se num sem número de bancos instalados por todo o espaço. Um lago com patos, fontes, estátuas, o bosque dos esquilos e um mini zoo de aves são apenas alguns dos vários locais que podem sem observados neste nosso, vosso jardim.		In Beja we have a place that, by its beauty, tranquility and freshness is elected by all of us as the place of refuge for long hot days of Alentejo summer and elected as the place of weekly rest and bank garden daily conversations. Beja Public Garden – Jardim Público de Beja (Jardim Gago Coutinho Sacadura Cabral) was opened to public at the end of the nineteenth century, in 1871. Seventy years after its opening, a cyclone passing by the city of Beja has completely destroying the Public Garden. Profound restructuring works was made in the garden after the destruction, some of which still exist in our days. Our garden is also an area of play and dream to the children: It has a modern, secure and well-equipped playground with a Montinho Alentejano (a traditional Alentejo house) recently recovered where children can observe and experience the interior of a traditional Monte Alentejo and the clear opportunity to make a small travel along the Garden aboard a churrião in miniature pulled by a small horse. Visitors can tour the area by between 32 species of huge trees wile peoples can walk along or simply sit in one of various garden banks without installed throughout the area. A lake with ducks, fountains, statues, the forest of squirrels and a mini zoo of birds are just some of the several locations that may be observed in our, your garden.

A cache apenas poderá ser realizada todos os dias entre as 8:00 e as 17:00 no Inverno ou 20:00 no Verão. Por favor, deixem a cache bem camuflada.		The cache can only be visited all days from 8:00 AM until 05:00 PM in winter time or 08:00 PM in summer time. Please, leave the cache well hidden.
