Les grottes des Gleisietas d’Ouzous : un lieu de culte.
Pendant la révolution, les prêtres réfractaires s’y réfugiaient (fin XVIII). Puis au début du XIX siècle on la visitait comme une église pendant la semaine sainte d’ou son nom Gleisieta (petite église)
The cave Gleisieta . at the end of 18 century, during the French revolution , it appears to have been used a place worship by non-juring priest. At the beginning of the 19 th century visitor used it as a church during holy week , giving rise to it’s name “gleisieta” which means “little church”
La réception GPS est mauvaise. Ne pas prendre de risque un sentier mène à la cache.
A environ 40m avant la cache vous hésiterez entre 2 sentiers, les 2 mènent à des grottes au mêmes coordonnées GPS de la cache . Pour le retour prenez le sentier qui descend devant les Gleisietas il vous ramènera prés du parking ainsi vous aurez fait une boucle : 30mn environ.(lampe de poche facultative)
The GPS reception is bad. Do not take risk ;A path goes to cache.
At about 40m before the cache you hesitating between two paths, the two go in some caves of which the GPS coordinates are the same . for return take the trail that descends front the Gleisietas it will bring you close to the parking lot in this way you made a loop: 30mn about.(no require flashlight)
