This should be a pretty easy cache hidden in the Hillside Park. This is almost a PnG. The cache container is a small container camo'd There is no need to take to the paths or pay to be on the paths. If for some reason the gates to get into the park are closed, then park near the gates and walk in. All parks in Elk River appear to close at 10pm. Also placed a Munzee in this park nearby.
