(PT) O Santuário Mariano da Rocha terá sido o mais significativo do Patriarcado de Lisboa; situa-se muito próximo da Ribeira do Jamor, junto à gruta da aparição, cavada na rocha e com uma antecâmara com painel de azulejos da autoria de Jorge Colaço. A igreja tem uma torre sineira guarnecida de sete sinos. O seu estilo, aproxima-se do barroco, tendo anexas as dependências da Sala de Despachos da Irmandade e o Arquivo, no andar superior. A lenda que envolve este Santuário diz que na gruta, onde depois foi construída uma pequena ermida e posteriormente o actual templo, apareceu a pequenina imagem da Virgem, venerada sob a invocação de Nossa Senhora da Rocha. Anualmente ocorrem as festividades de Nossa Senhora da Rocha. Durante a missa de domingo pode solicitar-se a algum elemento da Irmandade presente a abertura da capela/gruta para visita.
(ENG) The marian Sanctuary of the Rock have been most the significant to the Patriarchate of Lisbon; it places itself very next to the Ribeira of the Jamor, together to the grotto of the appearance, all dug in the rock and with an antechamber with tile panel from Jorge Colaço. The church is provided with a tower of seven bells. Its style, close to baroque, having attached the dependences of the Room of the Brotherhood and the Archive, in the superior floor. The legend that involves this Sanctuary says that in the grotto, where a small chapel and later the current temple was constructed, it appeared the tiny image of the Virgin, venerated under the invocation of Our Lady of the Rock. Once a year it occurs a celebration dedicated to Our Lady of the Rock. During the sunday messe one can ask to visit the chapel/grotto to someone from the brotherwood.
