How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Located near a dog park on the south side of False Creek, the cache is on a path that is wheelchair and stroller friendly. You do not need to leave the path (much) and no bush-whacking is required. No blackberry bushes!! Moderate muggle traffic means staying on your toes. Because of this, you may wish to seat yourself a little bit down the path before opening the cache container in order to keep curious muggles away.

This is a key-chain exchange. Please take and leave key-chains and trackables. The container is a camo'd 800 ml lock-and-lock, and can accommodate a fair number of smaller key-chains, coins, and travel bugs.

The cache is near a plaque commemorating the gift of 200 magnolia kobus trees from Vancouver's sister-city Yokohama, Japan on Vancouver's 1986 centennial. Fittingly, then, this cache celebrates Team Left Coast Floyds' 200th find!

Plaque

FTF prize is a Landsharkz "BC in Blue" key-chain! Congrats to marmi for being FTF.

Parking is an issue in the area. You may wish to find parking near 7th Ave and Laurel St and then take the pedestrian bridge over to the park.
