Now there's two reasons to visit Burke Lake, the original Burke Lake Park cache, and this cache!
I placed this cache here because many people thought that the other Burke Lake cache was too easy to find (that's ok, it was my six year old daughter's and my second cache find - it needed to be easy) AND because many didn't stay at the lake long enough to enjoy the relaxing walk around it. Now with two caches, you can feel good about paying the few bucks it costs to enter the park . . . . OR, you can enter the park at the Public Boat Landing on Ox Road at N38° 45.293' / W77° 18.199' and park for free.
The cache is a standard Rubbermaid container with a white lid. It's about two or three feet off the ground, can't be seen walking towards it from the trail, but can be seen from the other direction.
Good Luck and Good Caching!
God Bless - Jorgy!
