PLOEVEN (29) La falaise à plissements. A faire à marée basse http://maree.frbateaux.net/ Parking au N48°08.845 W4°16.323

La plage et la pointe de Ty-Anquer relient les plages de Ste Anne la Palud et Kervigen par un sentier côtier. Entre les 2 plages, vous découvrirez une falaise à plissements du Brioverien (-600 millions d’années) et des magmas erratiques de la falaise du quaternaire.

Le Briovérien (partie terminale du Précambrien) est constitué de flysch, alternance de fines passées gréseuses et schisteuses. Ce flysch est affecté par de nombreux plis.

En avant de l'île Salgren, lorsque la mer se retire, apparaissent souvent, au printemps, à la faveur du démaigrissement de l'estran (rivage), des " coffres " appelés aussi " tombes des Korrigans ".

Ces vestiges datent de l'âge du Bronze ancien : environ -1200 avant J.C.

Ces deux coffres (tombelles), émergeant du sable, témoignent du système d'inhumation de l'époque : celui de sépulture individuelle en position recroquevillée et qui se différencie de celui du néolithique durant lequel les familles entières étaient ensevelies sous des Dolmens.

The beach and the point (headland) of Ty-Anquer connect the beaches of Ste Anne Palud and Kervigen by a coastal path. Between 2 beaches, you will discover a cliff to wrinklings of Brioverien (600 million years) and erratic magmas of the cliff of the Quaternary.

To validate the hiding place you have to go to the waypoint and photograph you (you or your GPS) in front of the cave.

Briovérien (left terminal of the PreCambrian) is established(constituted) by flysch, alternation of past gréseuses and slaty liqueur brandies. This flysch is affected by numerous folds.

In front of the island Salgren, when the sea withdraws, often appear, in spring, thanks to the démaigrissement of the bank, "chests" also called "graves of the Breton goblins".

****** TO VALIDATE THE CACHE YOU MUST GO TO WAYPOINT AND TAKE A PHOTO OF YOU OR YOUR GPS IN FRONT OF THE CAVE - AND PUBLISH IT.

These vestiges date from the Bronze Age: approximately 1200 before J.C.
These two chests (tombelles), appearing from some sand, testify to the burial of time (period): that of individual grave in curled up position and which differs from that of the Neolithic.
