A good day hike of about 7kms in to a beautiful Lillian Lake an elevation gain of about 400 m ..
Parking a the Galatea trail head follow the well used track you probably won't be alone on this trail as it is a very popular hike, be sure to bring your camera so as not to miss out on the fantastic scenery , for the hearty cachers out there camping is also available at Lillian Lake which now boasts a brand new his "n" hers biffy .
The cache was placed Sept 8 2007 and a sprinkling of snow was already evident so don't forget appropriate clothing along with food and water
The Cache is only a meter from the path and not meant to be a difficult find after all you will have worked hard enough to get here. A new unactivated Yorkshire Geocoin awaits FTF.
