The trail is open to bicycles, but the most direct route to it (Pino Trail) is not. If biking to this cache, add some mileage to the terrain difficulty.
This cache is part of a series of 19 new caches hidden for the Open Space Geacaching Event held on September 29, 2007. It is in the Elena Gallegos Picnic Area, which does require a small parking fee ($1.00 per car on weekdays, $2.00 on weekends).
The cache is an old school metal film canister.
