Mt Hope Cemetery Nerepris NB Along hiway 177
A small and relatively unknown cemetery cache in Grand Bay Westfield ( Nerepis ).
Mount Hope Cemetery was established in 1786. The land was donated by General Guy Coffin and Colonel Henry Nase.Colonel Nase is Flame's great grandfather twice removed and was an United Empire Loyalist. You will find many more loyalists buried here. My Grandmother, Lillian Nase affectionately known to many as "Bam" is buried here as well. She was a loving and kind English lady that came to Canada as an orphan in her childhood.She died in her 100th year of life. Come sit a spell with her and enjoy a walk through some history.
