A geo-post office in Richmond county, at the turn off to Isle Madame on Highway 104.
This is a geo Post Office. It is used to send postcards to your geocaching friends from far and wide. Or send one to a geocacher you choose at random from somewhere across the pond and make a new friend. I have amassed a nice selection of postcards earlier this year when travelling across this fine country and have placed them in this cache for you to send to all and sundry. Feel free to drop off you old and leftover postcards or use this location as a TB hotel along Route 104. Any travellin' critters are more than welcome here.
Simply fill out a postcard with the recipients username, their geographic location, and if possible, a cache. There are geo-Post Offices all across the country and more popping up all the time.
I will be placing a list of these and their waypoint addresses in the cache, updating as often as I can.
Send them a greeting, a favorite recipe, brag about your most recent exploits, whatever youd like. If there are potcards in the inbox or outbox, and you are travelling in the same direction they are, please feel free to move 'em along, add your name as you go, say "Hi!" to a fellow 'cacher.
Please use the postcards in the cache for the purposes of the Geopost Office if at all possible, and I will endeavour to keep it stocked up with blank cards ready to go.
Cache was started with two cards headed out west to Alberta.
