Geocache Description:

A nice walk around Methodist Park in Arlington Heights, IL.

This is my second hide and it's also a four-part multicache with each stage in Methodist Park! The coordinates on this page will bring you to the first stage and each subsequent stage will give you the coordinates to the next stage until you find the final cache location. I've checked the coords several times, so everything should be right on, but if you find that it's not, give me a holler. Please be sure to replace each stage as close as possible to its original location. And make sure that the final cache is hidden out of view. It shouldn't be visible from any angle.

NOTE: The final has been moved and is a completely different container from the previous incarnations (which were: a RubberMaid container, a custom made drainage pipe, and a video cassette case). You should BYOP and be aware that it can no longer host travelers. Hopefully it will stay in place!

CAUTION: It will be almost impossible to complete the hunt if there is any field activity in the park. The park draws many muggles on game days and they will be too close to the various stages of the cache. Also the park is pretty wide open, so please use stealth when looking for the stages.

Methodist Park is located in Arlington Heights, Illinois and is south of Euclid Avenue behind the First United Methodist Church. The park is bordered by three streets: Miner Street (to the south), Prindle Avenue (to the east), and Gibbons Avenue (to the west). The park gets its name from the church as it was originally leased from it. The Arlington Heights Park Distict bought the site in 1988. Methodist Park is a large open field that contains three softball diamonds, one baseball diamond, an athletic field games area and water fountains.
Congratulations to toppercat for the First To Find!
