It's "TSUKUBA Central Park" here in front of TSUKUBA Station, the terminal station of TSUKUBA express line.
There is "SAKURA Minka-en" features an Edo-period residence which has been relocated to this park grounds near the cache.
(Admission free.)
There is also "TSUKUBA Expo Center" which has a science museum and a biggest scale planetarium in this park.
(There is a charge.)
There might be many Geomuggles near here on a weekend.

つくば市の中心街近くにある「つくば中央公園」内にキャッシュを隠しました。
公園はつくばエクスプレスの終点「つくば駅」の目の前にあります。
キャッシュの近くには、つくば市内の伝統的民家を移築した「さくら民家園」（無料）があります。
同じく公園内には、科学技術全般についての幅広い展示品や世界最大級のプラネタリウムが入った「つくばエキスポセンター」（有料）があります。
休日はマグルが多いかも知れませんのでお気を付けください。
