Geocache Description:

Cache is located in a quiet portion of an industrial park. Slight incline leading up to the cache. Easy find.

I believe that geocaching is a great activity for kids. It helps build self-esteem, gets them inovlved with technology, and probably most important.......it gets them outside in the fresh air and being active.

So with that in mind, I plan on placing kid friendly caches. Hunts that they can be successful with. Adults and serious cachers will find no challenge here, however they will be able to log a find.

The cache is a camo pill bottle slightly larger than a 35 mm film canister. It contains a log and a pencil, but bring your own just in case. Not much room for swag. However, there is room for some travel bugs, which only enhances a childs experience with being able to find, place, and track these items.

A bit of history: The golf course to the South and West of this location is the East Nine of Elwood GC, a city owned course.

The large building to the East is Nash Finch. NF is the second largest wholesale food distributor in the nation. It's facilities serve grocery stores in 31 states and 5 foreign countries.
