When I was a young lad, my parents would take me here to see
what is no longer here. If you are standing at the cache
coordinates and look up the hill in the direction of the masts, the
nice grassy lawn was not there. Something was standing here. This
was the second of three locations for this structure. This
structure was erected in it's first location in 1924 and was moved
here in 1954. In 1967, a new structure was erected in it's present
and permanent location. The structure that was here was
appropriately slipped into Bedford Basin.
To claim a find for this cache, go to the posted coordinates,

the log book anyway. Look towards the masts and use your
imagination to visualize what was once there. Use this password to
unlock the PDF file linked below. This file contains every thing

What was the structure?
Where is the replacement structure?

Your log will be removed if I do not get an email with the
answers before you log on-line.
This is a high muggle traffic area. Ninja techniques should be
utilized. This is more for my amusement rather than being totally
necessary. I list parking in the attributes, but parking in
downtown Halifax is always a crap shoot and can be expensive.
Public Transit, walking or cycling are the best ways to attain this
cache.
