The cache is located on the bank of the Plavinas hydroelectric power station lake.
The Plavinas HPS is the largest hydroelectric power station in the Baltic countries, with a capacity of 855 MW and generates half of Latvia's total hydroelectric power.
Cache is in plastic box, wrapped in bag, with logbook, pen and small items.
