Oscar contains part of the coordinates for the Sesame Street Party Cache.

We all knows Oscar likes trash. There is usually a significant amount of trash in this old quarrying area. This is close enough to the road that you could come at night without worrying about interrupting any people who might be partying. Please help Oscar out and take some trash out with you.
