Geocache Description:

This is a cache and dash at a little visited memorial to the first and arguably the most famous of all battles in the Civil War - Edge Hill AD 1642

Please show the site the respect it deserves and try not to look obvious when you retreive the cache. Do not under any circumstances remove the whole of the canister from its hide... unscrew the top and take out the bits you need. Thanks in advance ... bet someone rips it apart though

This cache is one of the seven micro caches which form part of the 'Lost Family' series.

All were taken from the The Mother Cache by a different cacher and then placed in a different county surrounding Northamptonshire.

Once all the children have been placed & published,
The Allotment Gardener will then visit each cache and place information in each one.

To find the Father of All cache
you need to visit each cache including
the The Mother Cache to collect this information.

When all caches are in place there should be one in each of the following counties:
Bedfordshire
Buckinghamshire
Cambridgeshire
Leicestershire
Oxfordshire
Warwickshire
Rutland
