Near National Museum but not the Museum Park. This is a small park open all the time. Lots of Muggles if you don't go early - really hard to capture on a nice weekend
Container is small--(Brown Plastic - size of a hockey puck) It contains 1 cent penny; $1 gold Sacagawea coin, ROK Army Pin; US Army Coin; F2F Good Luck Troll & F2F Certificate; Log Book and small pencil (you'll want to bring something to write just in case)
