One of the great new niches in Hudson River Park, with a unique view of the Statue of Liberty.
Another micro cache with a great view. You shouldn't have to get wet to grab this one.
This cache is best done using the quickest, most effective mode of urban travel, the bicycle. If you come in a car, the puzzle will be where to find safe legal parking. No matter what you will have to walk around in the middle of the river and look at the view.
Park closes around midnight.
Please post photos since the view, the harbor, the river, and the muggles are changing all the time.
