Geocache Description:

Enostaven cache pri 250 let stari vrbi streljaj iz Novega mesta. Drive-in cache near 250 years old willow, close to Novo mesto. A E R O F O T O

SLO: Stara vrba, tudi znana kot Napoleonova vrba je naravna vrednota. Po ljudskem izrocilu je bila posajena v zacetku 19. st. za casa Napoleona na grobu nekega vojaka. Znacilna je po svoji neobicajni rasti, debelini stebla in pricevalnosti.

Cache se nahaja pod elektricnim drogom, drugi od vrbe proti jugu (v smeri gozda). Glej slike. Pod drogom je v zemlji luknja, prekrita s kamnom.

Glede na to, da je na tem mestu precej sprehajalcev, prosim poskrbite, da bo cache ostal skrit.

ENG: Old willow, known as Napoleon's willow is important value in Novo mesto natural heritage. It is known from oral tradition the willow was planted in early 19th century under Napoleon to unknown soldier grave. Interesting tree has unusual growth, thick trunk and testifying value.

Cache is placed under electrical pole, second from the tree to the south. The cache is inside the hole, covered by flat stone. Check photos.

Please hide the cache and cover the place.
