Geocache Description:

Park at Keston Ponds car park and follow the Three Commons Circular path signs. You will need to cross a road which is not wide but very busy - children should be escorted

Cache overlooking the Vale of Keston which marks the spot where William Wilberforce and William Pitt discussed the best way to abolish slavery under the shade of an oak tree.

Thanks to the "Hurricane" in 1987 only part of the stump remains.

This is a magnetic 35mm film canister. Please be careful when retrieving the cache to avoid dropping it into the hole. Also muggles can approach from two directions.

Please note you do not have to cross any fences to reach the cache
