Rieka Nitra prameni pod juhozapadnym upatim Revana v Lucanskej Malej Fatre vo vyske 770 metrov nad morom. Po ustie do Vahu v Komarne meria 197km.
Geocache sa nachadza blizko oficialneho pramena Nitry, skutocny pramen najdete priblizne 400m na severovychod a 100m vyssie.
Zaparkovat mozete blizko cache, na opacnej strane cesty najdete miesto na male posedenie a oficialny pramen.
The Nitra river's spring lies under the southwestern base of the Revan mountain, in the southern Mala Fatra range, 770m above sea level. From here it follows a 197km long course until its confluence with the Vah river near Komarno.
The cache is near the official source, the spring itself lies some 400m further to the SE and 100m higher. Parking is available near the cache and there are some benches and a wooden shelter across the road.
