Posen A Dilemma Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

knowschad: Served its purpose well. It was still on its original log, created in 2007! But the camo has seen better days and I'm getting kind of tired of getting all these "TFTC" and "Found It" (and worse) logs, so don't really feel like going through the effort to fix it back up. Thanks for all that found it (including the late OneiedCooky, and so many old friends, many of whom haven't cached for years now. Thanks to Posen (who also is no longer caching) for the container.

Geocache Description:

Kensington Park, a small suburban sports park in Mendota Heights. Take Mendota Heights Road east of Dodd Road, turn right on on Concord Way. Open from 6 am to 10 pm.

I won this Posen container in a drawing at the Central Park CITO event this spring. If you were there for the drawing, then this should be very easy for you. If not, it might be a little tougher than rated.

The dilemma I was faced with was whether or not to place a cache here. This park can be very crowded when there are athletic events going on. But while you may have to walk past people, you should be pretty much out of sight when searching and signing.

DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, YELLOW JACKET HORNETS MAY BE IN THE AREA. USE EXTREME CAUTION, AND IF YOU HAVE A SEVERE ALLERGY, SAVE THIS CACHE FOR COLD WEATHER!

The cache does contain one small pencil, but to be on the safe side, bring your own. Pencils tend to break.
