The cache is just off Pleasant Valley Road. Look at image to get you in the area. The latitude and longitude seconds for the cache are 42.8 and 02.2 respectively.
Watch out for cars and there is NO need to wander around on busy roads or do anything dangerous. The cache can be reached from both sides of the fence.
