Amazing Adventure - 01 Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

BaSHful: Long promised, much delayed, it's finally time to say goodbye to all my Amazing Adventure caches for all the reasons previously mentioned.

However, I have not yet collected in the cache containers, which might not be for a few days or even a couple of weeks. I will post a further note here when I have done so.

In that interim period I will still accept 'Found it' logs, if there's anyone left who's desperately keen to make a find.

BaSHful.

How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

The first of a series of puzzle caches based around solving
mazes and the challenges embedded within them.

The above co-ordinates are for a pleasant spot on the Greensand Way giving good views across the A24 to the Glory Wood. The cache is secreted somewhere in this general area.

The co-ordinates for the cache are hidden in the maze on this web page:-

www.15ddv.me.uk/geo/aa/maze01-zdhwo2mj6.html (visit link)

See the Instructions link to learn how to navigate the maze. The challenges in this maze take the form of cryptic crossword clues. If you don't like these, don't worry, I intend subsequent mazes to have a whole variety of significantly different challenges, including trolls....

Note: I've had a report that there can be a problem viewing my puzzle page with Firefox, but that Internet Explorer appears to be fine. Please let me know if you encounter any problems so that I can fix them.

If you just want to cache and dash then you can find convenient parking at the top of Chart Lane, near where it joins the A24, which is also where the Greensand Way crosses it, at around N51 13.652 W000 19.353.

FTF certificate and a couple of odds and ends in the cache to get things going.
