You can get the feeling of Orség (a Hungarian region) if you walk around here: the Zala creek, hills, meadows, flowers, forest, and often mud.
It’s worth dropping by the beekeeper for some excellent honey (N 46° 50,8340' E 16° 23,4310')
There is a 2.2-mile well marked hiking-trail in the area between the villages of Szalafo and Oriszentpéter. The trail introduces the hikers to the wildlife of the region. Signs help with the orientation.
