This was our first cache and if you find it you will be very pleased. Your search will take you on an adventure to a remote section of California. It is in a gorgeous spot and you will find natural treasures everywhere surrounding this site - really! The container is a white, 4-inch PVC pipe with end caps, buried end-up under a pile of rocks. Inside you will find:
- One totally bitchin' 2001 Volcano picture-calendar
- One fabulous volcanic rock
- Log book (oops, forgot to leave a pencil)
- Geocaching letter

The overall difficulty is a 2. We needed 4wd in the snow, dirt roads.
