Observe deers and wildhogs along the tourist path (HU:GCSZKE).
Deer Watching The deer was a mithycal animal of Hungarians some
thousand years ago. According to the chronicle written by Kézai
Simon, two brothers, called Hunor and Magyar who were crown
princes, lost their way in the course of hunting after wonder deer
and in this way they found a new fatherland. This was the first
Hungarian (in own language: magyar) conquest together with Huns in
the Carpathian basin. And now, you can find a lot of wonderful
deers in Hungary: five antlers trophy among ten best over the world
were shooted in Hungary. When you are searching for this geocache,
you can observe deers closely. Approximately seven hundred
beautiful deers live on the Deer Farm of Pannon Equestrian Academy
in Böszénfa, which is the largest closed area for game keeping in
Central Europe. Some of the red deers living in natural
circumstances can be seen from the forestry road. You drive on No67
road and when you are arrived in Böszénfa, you turn west near the
pub called Kerékkötö Csárda. First you can see water buffalos and
Hungarian Grey species cattles in the yard of the grange – it
is an ancient genus of cattles living in the open air in summer and
winter and able to offer against BSE (Creutzfeldt-Jacobs) disease.
Go straight on the forest road which is at the same time also the
hiker path signed by 
red stripe and later you can see the deers and wild hogs
beyond the fences. The wildhogs had important (and real) parts in
some tragical events of Hungarian history. E. g. king Saint
Stephen's sole son, Saint Imre crown prince was killed by a wildhog
in the course of hunting in 1031. This results struggle for
succession to the throne after king St Stephen's death (1038) for
many years.
