Family friendly cache. Trail system gets you close to the cache.
This cache is located near a nice quarter mile loop trail in the Otter Lake Open Space area. There is wetland area north of this cache which I suspect is the home for dozens of deer. I would classify this cache as a very family friendly cache. If you are new to geocaching this will be a good one to practice on. Your best bet for parking would to drive West on Ash St (County Line J) for about a .15 mile and park at the small entrance to the park area. You can follow the trail system to the cache.
This cache is registered with Ramsey County.
