En hiver, en absence de vent, il arrive que l'on assiste à une inversion thermique où l'air froid (plus dense) se rassemble près du sol. Normalement plus on monte en altitude plus l'air est froid. Ce ventilateur est censé disperser la couche d'air froid. A wind mill ? Nope, but a giant ventilator to prevent the vine to freeze.
