Welcome to Victoria! You'll have to talk to a muggle to get it (he knows it's there and he's quite happy to help you locate it). The cache is typically available Monday-Saturday during the day, but availability changes.
Cache history: The muggle who might help you make the find became the second "caretaker" of the cache when he took over ownership of the area near GZ several years ago. He is not the cache owner in the typical geocaching sense. We (islandfinders) adopted this cache in 2013 from RogueTowel (who established this cache with the original "caretaker") and we now maintain the cache page as well as periodic cache container maintenance.
