Geocache Description:

The location was inspired by many a childhood visit.

The footpaths are well marked and provide a circular route which will enable you to visit another geocach "Impedament on your day".

On route you will pass an area of special scientific interest, which is known for rare species of flora and fawna. The area which is owned by Nottingham University also holds many memories to local scouts who have also used the area for camping and activities for many years.

You're looking for an ammo box, which contains memories from our world travels including, a space helmet from Kennedy Space Centre Florida, A shell from the Maldives and Loaded Dice from Vegas and our very first TB "Speed Freak"

A few parking spaces are available on Town Street next to the local Nursery, although you may need boots depending on the time of year.
