HWMTB: Cache is no longer there. I really liked this cache but I haven't been maintaining the ones I own correctly so I decided to take this one down.

This cache is located on the banks of the Navesink River at Riverside Garden Park in Red Bank, NJ. Terrian is basically flat and wheelchair accessible paths and ramps are present.
Red Bank has a strong cultural and artistic history. This park is just one of several performances spaces in this popular shore town. Riverside Garden Park is the site of the Red Bank Summer Concert Series. Music fans of all ages visit this park to see live performers play everything from jazz, rock and even swing music, all while enjoying the Navesink River as a beautiful backdrop. And because it's right on the river, it's also a popular spot to view the famous Independence Day fireworks display, Kaboom! Fireworks on the Navesink.
The coordinates will take you to a stationary sightseeing binocular. Surprisingly, it's free to use so take your time to look at the mansions on the other side of the Navesink. When you are ready to look for the cache, turn and look to the east-southeast (approximate 61-62 degrees based on the swivel on the binocular). What you seek is a magnetic nano cache with a tiny log inside. Bring a fine point pen or super sharp pencil to sign your name. You'll actually be able to see the cache from the coordinates using the binocular, if you look in the right location. I'll leave it at that. The real challenge is finding the cache with the binoculars. If you read the hint, it'll give it away. :-)
Parking is on the street with meters or there is a parking lot almost immediately across the street from the cache location.
