    I kept it four weeks, a bit more than the suggested 2-3 weeks, in order to find somewhere worthy of a Jeep. I figure this did the trick: Confluence Point N 35 x W 118 in the Mojave desert - passable dirt roads (4 whl would be better), no people, no structures, no anything. Good 8"x8" tupperware cache to protect it until the next finder. This was fun to get to.
