A geocoin has been created for the event this year. The design takes into account a number of elements of Pi. A full description will be made available. And it has a South African Sunset colouration. This is a limited edition coins so pre-orders is absolutely necessary.
At this specific event, a photo will be taken at 9:26:53am. (okay we might not get the seconds right but worth a try) The event itself will start at 9:00 and end at 11:00. Oliewenhuis (the event location) has beautiful gardens, plenty of picnic space. Geocachers needs to bring a blanket and their pi(e) picnic snacks and drink. No alcohol please. There is an art exebution in the museum and a few caches around the gardens. Also bring playing cards for rummikub and dices for yatze, lawn balls, swingball etc.
