There are two entrances to the parking lot, one along King
Street at the intersection with Moore Avenue, and one in the back
at the intersection of Walter and Wellington streets. There should
be enough parking for everybody. I've arranged for a room that can
seat 50-55. Please let me know how many will be attending. If there
are more than that, they can be seated in the main restaurant, and
then return to the big room for post-meal geotalk. It is the
Christmas season, so brush up on your knowledge for the trivia.
However, since my love for terrible, terrible films is present,
some of the trivia will lean towards Christmas specials and films
that are the equivalent of a lump of coal in the stocking. There
will be TV there that we can hook the laptop up to for anybody who
wants to display things. Prizes: I've got a couple the grand prize
already (A DVD of a Christmas movie that might be the biggest lump
of coal imaginable), but if anybody else wants to add something to
the mix, drop me a note. As usual, if any of the modalities of this
event change, I'll post something.
