You are looking for an ammo can.
Start at the dry gully bed just a few feet south of marker 2 on the Juniper cliff side trail. At one point, you will have to squeeze by a large boulder that has a narrow but easily manageable opening to squeeze around.
The permit for this cache is on file with the park office.
