I designed the cache to use a compass and your feet (Orienteering). However, I should have set declination on the compass to use true North when walking out the path. Instead, I just used magnetic north. Since the declination changes slightly over the years so have the coordinates of the final. Only slightly but enough, apparently, to make the search difficult.
