Cachen er gjemt i det gamle handleområdet på Svinesund. The cache is hidden in the old shoppingarea at Svinesund.
Svinesund har fra Norge stemte nei til EU i 1994 gjennomgått en betydelig forandring. Svenske kremmere og kapitalsterke nordmenn har tatt farvel med handletelt og bygget opp kjøpesenter og store butikker, som ikke bare tiltrekker norske grensehandlere. Forretningene på Svinesund og Nordby er også blitt daglig arbeidsplass for flere hundre grensependlende nordmenn.
Grunnlaget for nyetableringene: Norge har andre priser på kjøtt, tobakk og flere andre varer enn EU-landet Sverige. At nordmenn på handletur til Svinesund og Strömstad handler med seg varer som er dyrere enn i Norge, har også vært medvirkende til at uttrykket «harryhandel» ofte brukes om grensehandel. Uttrykket eksisterte før det ble brukt av Venstre-statsråd og eks-haldenser Lars Sponheim.
