Geocache Description:

State park sticker required ... Park hours are 6am to 11pm ... Cache available in any amount of snow; Dogs are allowed at this location. Keep a close eye on your kids, nearby Quarry Lake is very deep and very nearby. Closest Parking: N43 29.793 W87 47.706

Cache is a film canister. Cache is NOT on the bridge, just takes you past it. This cache will take you to a beautiful view of historical Quarry Lake, including the bridge built in 2005 giving you better access to this area of the park ... the bridge is an excellent viewing point to check out the remainders of the old wooden pier bases in the water; all that remains of piers and tracks present here from 1902 to 1925, to facilitate the use of carts to transport the quarried stone from the depths of the quarry to the "point" of the beach about 1000 feet east of here.
