On public land across from a farm that features llamas, angora
rabbits and many breeds of sheep and goats. When you're done
finding the cache you can go across the street and stare at these
wonderful, gentle creatures that, if they were yours, could easily
lead you up the hill to your goal.
Enter the trail by the sign denoting the public land and look
immediately to your right and up the hill. At about two o'clock:
you'll see the location of the cache. Getting there is another
matter. It takes a climb, and in winter the footing could be
tricky. Once you get within range, you may need help getting the
cache out of its hiding spot. We've provided a tool to help you
with that. Find the tool and you’re there! You’re looking for a
camo’d pretzel jar. It’s plenty big but well hidden within the
rocks.
While it's unlikely this cache will be covered by snow, the
steep terrain could make it a very tricky find in slippery
conditions. Plan accordingly. Terrain is probably a 4 in
winter.
