Although we considered papier-mache for this cache since its long-lasting properties are under appreciated, we realised that this might be a bit of a myth and someone somewhere was mixing up papier-mache with concrete, so we decided to opt for something fairly large and metal - a trophy worth winning - it’s pretty well stocked too, even if we say so ourselves. Please take care to re-hide carefully, the box is quite large and the area well used.

Please note that the co-ordinates given are not those of the cache, but it is not too far away from here and there are lots of nice cafes and pubs you could make use of while you work this one out. The cache is certainly within walking distance, but you could drive to the general vicinity of the final co-ordinates too and find parking very easily.
To find the co-ordinates to this cache you will need to work out its real name as well as the names of two bands that are alluded to. You can then use the code below to work out the co-ordinates. We are happy to help if you really get stuck, but we're not giving away the answer and, anyway, it really isn't as difficult as you might think - the description holds clues directly to the person's name, their profession, their reputation, a highlight in their career including how it was achieved and where they carried most of that out, as well as what the person is known for doing most recently and a host of other little hints. You don't need to work out every little bit to find out who it is. Most British people will know of the person who shares his name with the cache. You don't need specialist or local knowledge, though either or both would help, as would a bit of googling I expect. The answer is in the description - every bit of it.
We’ve deployed weapons from our cryptic Arsenal to make this tricky but if you use your head a little better than the Boleyn girl did you’ll be fine. It might take '1,2,3,4,5 senses working overtime' to work this out but, for all the world, we can’t see this going pear-shaped for you. You might need to be whiter than white (second strip this day) to avoid seeing red over this, but we are absolutely sure you never will. You'll be opening the claret after some blue-sky thinking to celebrate your find, just like you celebrated with bubbles all those years ago but then it's always bubbles...forever.
If you still haven’t a clue perhaps you should consider caching elsewhere? In Italy you can put three coins to a traditional watery use but it would be better if he didn’t do it; I think it should be 'er. After that you could make a booking for where Tennysons’ babbling... You can Bank on the lion that’s resting there…or maybe you can’t in these troubled days?
