Geocache Description:

State park sticker required ... Park hours are 6am to 11pm ... Cache can be done in snow to 2"; Dogs are allowed at this location (but NOT on the beach). Extreme stealth required!

Park near the Welcome Center (eastern parking lot), take the path north of the Welcome Center, then follow the trail near the beach. We’ve always liked this interesting tree and would like to share it with you. Wet Season Warning: There may be standing water south of the cache after heavy rain or snow melt, but the cache is in a dry spot, approach from north/east is recommend at those times.
Note: Replace the cache exactly how you found it - the white "handle" part should stick out, to keep the cache accessible.
