Vedouci tymu ke svemu "will attend logu" pridaji jeste informaci o

* Ucast ceskych cacheru je omezena na 30 z
celkoveho poctu max. 40 tymu, ktere splni vsechny podminky
registrace.
* Registrace do zavodu podminena: zaslanim nicku, obcanskych jmen,
fotografii a dat narozeni vsech ucastniku a dale poukazanim
vratneho zapisneho ve vysi Kc 300,- za tym. Zapisne se vraci
vedoucimu teamu pri startu.
* Nevyzvednute zapisne se nevraci. Bude pouzito na uhradu nakladu
eventu, pripadny prebytek na charitu.
* Slozeni tymu, jejichz registrace byla prijata, bude prubezne
publikovano na strankach eventu.

Registrace je do
zavodu je pozastavena z duvodu prekroceni kapacity. Predbezne
registrovane teamy musi do 15.2. splnit podminky
pro zavaznou registraci (instrukce zaslany pres GC.com profil
vedouciho teamu). Pokud tak neucini, jejich team se posouva na
posledni misto mezi nahradniky. Dekujeme za
pochopeni.

The teamleaders will add information about number of persons in the
team and their nicks.
* The teamleaders will be contacted via profile with further
instructions.
* The participation in the GeoMarathon is
limited to 40 teams at maximum. Registrations will be
processed on the first-come, first served basis.
* The teamleaders of all preliminary registered teams will be asked
to provide the nicks, the names, the passport pictures, and the
dates of birth of all team members together with the payment of a
registration deposit of EUR 10,- (It will be refunded fully at the
start.)
* Unpicked registration deposit will be used for covering the
associated costs or passed to a charity.
* The information about teams accepted to the contest will be
published on the event pages.

Pre-registrations
are closed now due to capacity limits. All preliminary registered
teams are asked to fulfill their application duties (instructions
sent via GC.com profiles of the teamleaders). Failing to confirm
the registration until 15th February results into
shifting the entire team to the last place of warm-benchers. Thanks

Cache
* Kazda cache je ocenena urcitou bodovou hodnotou. FTF na cachi
prinasi body navic.
* Celkove hrube skore je souctem vsech bodu ziskanych za cache a
FTF. Celkove ciste skore je celkove hrube skore upravene o premie,
srazky a penalizaci
* Tym s nejvyssim celkovym cistym skorem vyhrava.
* Cache nebudou mit zadne nebo jen minimalisticke napovedy.
Dodatecne standartizovane napovedy budou k dispozici na helpdesku
za cenu 25%/50% bodove penalizace.
* Vsechny cache vyhovuji standartum geocaching.com s vyjimkou
pripadu, ktere budou explicitne oznaceny. Schvalene a publikovane
cache si budou moci clenove tymu zalogovat
individualne.
Velikost tymu
* Nejvyssi pocet clenu tymu je 5. Pocet deti mladsich 12
neovlivnuje handicap (upravu cisteho skore).

Vyhlaseni vysledku |
Pri nedodrzeni terminu 8:30 a 17:30 se za kazdou zapocatou
minutu pres limit tymu snizuje cisty bodovy vysledek o 1%. Posledni
potvrzeni registrace v 8:40. Navrat zavodniho tymu do cile po 18:00
= diskvalifikace.
Vseobecna pravidla
* Vsichni clenove tymu se ucastni zavodu na vlastni riziko a na
vlastni odpovednost
* Vsichni clenove tymu se behem zavodu pohybuji od cache ke cache
spolecne.
* Max. jedno auto na jeden tym.
* Motorova vozidla nesmi opustit zpevnene verejne komunikace (s
vyjimkou parkovani hned u silnice tam, kde je to dovoleno)
* Pouzivani mobilnich telefonu a vysilacek je zakazano s vyjimkou
komunikace s helpdeskem nebo ohrozeni zdravi ci zivota
* Logovaci nalepky vetsi nez 2x5 cm se nepovoluji
* Podezreni, ze cache neni v puvodnim stavu se hlasi na
helpdesk.
Cache je "nalezena", pokud
* tym podepise logbook uvnitr cache (datum, cas a nazev
tymu);
* tym zaskrtne odpovidajici policko v prehledu cachi (soucast
zavodnich propozic);
* tym po skonceni zavodu predlozi fotografii vsech clenu tymu
(rozeznatelne tvare) s cachi porizenou na miste
(Uznavaji se pouze elektronicke snimky ve formatu JPG na kartach
SD, MMC, CF, xD, MemoryStick.)
Cache je "FTF", pokud
* je "nalezena";
* tym po skonceni zavodu predlozi FTF coin vybrany z cache;
* tym zaskrtne odpovidajici policko v seznamu cachi;

Duvody k diskvalifikaci a ztrate cti
* poruseni zakonu Ceske republiky
* vyzadani, poskytnuti, nebo prijeti pomoci od jinych zavodniku
nebo osob mimo zavody pri hledani indicii ci cache (nenahlaseni
clenove tymu, sdileni indicii, hintu, ap.)
* premistovani, poskozovani, zmena maskovani cachi ci indicii
* odber vice nez jedne kopie instrukci z cachi
* nerespektovani soukromeho majetku
* neposkytnuti prvni pomoci
* dalsi nepratelske, zaskodnicke, neeticke, proste necacherske
jednani
Spory o dodrzovani pravidel jsou bezpredmetne. Vybor GeoMarathonu
svrchovane rozhoduje o diskvalifikaci ci penalizaci tymu. Proti
rozhodnuti Vyboru neni odvolani.

The Caches
* Each cache has a certain point value. FTFs on a cache
brings additional points.
* The gross total score is a sum of all points achieved. The total
net score is the gross total score adjusted for premiums,
discounts, and penalties
* The team with the highest total net score wins.
* There will be none or limited hints at the cache descriptions.
Additional standartized hints will be available at the helpdesk at
a cost of 25%/50% off from the score at specific cache
* All caches are compatible to the general gc.com rules except
case(s) explicitly mentioned. The approved caches can be logged on
gc.com individually after their publishing
Team Members
* The maximum number of cachers per team is 5. Children aged below
12 years do not influence the handicap (net score
adjustment).

Announcement of the results |
Not respecting the deadlindes of 8:30 and 17:30 costs 1% of
points per each minute overtime. Last acceptance to the contest at
8:40. Arrival to the finish after 6.00 p.m. =
disqualification.
General rules
* All team members take part in the race at their own risk and
responsibility.
* All team members must move together during the race.
* Only one car per team.
* Motorized vehicles must not leave paved public roads (with the
exception of parking right next to the road where allowed)
* Usage of cell phones and walkie-talkies is prohibited except
communication with the helpdesk or cases of emergency
* Logging stickers larger than 2x5 cm are not allowed
* Suspicion of a bad cache state to be reported to the
helpdesk
A cache is claimed as "found" if:
* The team signs the logbook inside the cache and;
* The team checks the appropriate box in the cache-list (part of
the GeoMarathon Manual) and;
* The team presents a clear picture of all team members
(recognizible faces) with the cache.
(Only electronic pictures in JPG format saved on SD, MMC, CF,
xD, or MemoryStick cards will be accepted.)
A cache is claimed as "FTF" if:
* The cache is "found" and;
* The team presents the FTF coin at the finish and;
* The team checks the appropriate box in the cache-list (part of
the GeoMarathon Manual) and;
* The team presents a clear picture of all team members with the
cache and the FTF coin at finish
Traffic Regulation in CZ
* general speed in urban areas 50 km/h
* general speed limit on public roads 90 km/h
* motorized vehicles prohibited from entry into the woods (except
official roads)
* any vehicles must let pedestrians crossing the road
Reasons for disqualification and loss of
honor
* breach of laws of the Czech Republic
* solicitation or acceptance of a third party help while seeking
caches or clues (unofficial team members, clue sharing, etc.)
* damaging or changing location of caches, clues, and hints
* changing the masking of caches
* taking more than one copy of instructions per team from
caches
* not respecting private property
* not providing first aid to other participants
* other hostile, unethical, simply non-geocaching behavior
Any failiures to comply with the rules as well as disputes are up
to the supreme decision of the GeoMarathon Commitee. There is no
appeal against its verdict.
