Die "Hülle" ist ein historischer Aussichtspunkt in den Weinbergen von Königswinter-Oberdollendorf. Die Weinberge liegen am Westhang der Dollendorfer Hardt, dem nördlichsten Berg des Siebengebirge. Der Aussichtspunkt liegt auf einer Höhe von 150 Metern und man hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf diverse Berge des Siebengebirges, das etwa 100 Meter tiefer gelegene Rheintal mit Bonn und Königswinter, und bei gutem Wetter auf der anderen Rheinseite weit ins Drachenfelser Ländchen hinein. Die erste Etappe des Rheinsteigs sowie der Weinwanderweg Oberdollendorf führen hier vorbei.

Von der historischen Bedeutung des Ortes zeugt ein Steinkreis von ca. 11 Metern Durchmesser bestehend aus 19 Baseltsteinen direkt am Aussichtspunkt. Das Alter des Steinkreises ist unbekannt, Spekulationen gehen sehr weit auseinander. Gründlich erforscht wurde dagegen die Positionierung der Steine: Jeder der 18 im Kreis angeordneten Steine zeigt die Richtung zu einem bedeutenden geographischen oder historischen Ort in der Umgebung an. Dazu zählen Gipfel des Siebengebirges, historische Orte und bedeutende Bauwerke wie das Bonner Münster. Einer der Steine zeigt den Sonnenaufgang zur Sommersonnenwende an. Ein neunzehnter Stein liegt außerhalb des Kreises.

Aber auch heute erfreut sich der Aussichtspunkt insbesondere bei Wanderern und Spaziergängern noch großer Beliebtheit. Eine Schutzhütte, eine Orientierungstafel sowie diverse Sitzgelegenheiten wurden errichtet.
"Hülle" is a historic vantage point in the vineyards of Königswinter-Oberdollendorf. The vineyards are located on the western slope of the Dollendorfer Hardt, the northernmost mountain of the Siebengebirge. The vantage point is located at an altitude of 150 meters and you have a wonderful view of various mountains of the Siebengebirge, the Rhine Valley with Bonn and Königswinter, which is about 100 meters below, and in good weather conditions on the other side of the Rhine far into Drachenfelser Ländchen. The first stage of the hiking trail Rheinsteig as well as the trail Weinwanderweg Oberdollendorf lead past here.

A stone circle of approximately 11 meters diameter consisting of 19 basalt stones directly at the vantage point testifies from the historical meaning of the place. The age of the stone circle is unknown, speculations go very far apart. In contrast, the positioning of the stones was thoroughly researched: Each of the 18 stones arranged in a circle indicates the direction to a significant geographical or historical location in the area. These include summits of the Siebengebirge, historical places and important buildings such as the cathedral of Bonn. One of the stones indicates the sunrise at the summer solstice. A nineteenth stone lies outside of the circle.

But even today, the lookout point is still very popular, especially among hikers and walkers. A refuge, an orientation table and various seating were built.
