In diesem Grab liegt Wilmar Laute (13.04.1859 - 28.09.1909) mit seiner Familie begraben. Wilmar Laute war von Beruf Bergrat, eine gehobenere Stellung des Bergmanns.
Zu dessen Tod hat der Künstler Joseph Hammerschmidt im Jahre 1911 den Grabstein mit dem Titel "Letzte Schicht" erstellt. Er zeigt Laute mit Lampe und Werkzeug sitzend in einem Bergwerksschacht. Aus der Wand hebt sich schwach der Kopf einer weiteren Person ab, die ihm einen Krug entgegenstreckt.

This is the grave of Wilmar Laute (4/13/1859 - 9/28/1909) and his family. Wilmar Laute was miner by profession ("Bergrat", a higher form of miner).
On the occacion of his death, the artist Joseph Hammerschmidt created the gravestone with the title "Letzte Schicht" (i.e. last working shift) in the year 1911. It shows Laute with a lamp and tools sitting in a mining pit. From the wall of the pit, the head of another person slightly emerges, who passes a mug to Laute.
