The Termeerbrug is the most important bridge across the Vecht in Maarssen. Almost all car traffic from the western to the eastern side of the Vecht has to use this bridge.
Next to the bridge is a control house were this bridge is operated. The nearby Evert Stokbrug, the Oostwaarderbrug in Op Buuren and the D.M. Plompbrug in Oud-Zuilen are also operated from this place.
